I agree to the following additional terms.

1. You may cancel any services at anytime with a written notice.

2. Recurring charges will be billed on the 1st day of each month.

3. You agree to provide OrderDog with credit card or ACH information for recurring billing charges.

4. I understand the Ultimate package includes one (1) Point of Sale Lane license. Additional lanes are available at $50.00 per month for each lane beyond the first.

Hardware Equipment

I understand that OrderDog services may require hardware for use and there is a one time equipment expense.

Hardware is available for purchase on www.RetailerWarehouse.com.
